Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and secure with your purchase. If something didn't go as expected, we are here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of personal care devices that have been used, except in cases where the product arrived defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please write to us at infodexcase@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Products

We recommend checking your order as soon as you receive it. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the case and provide a solution. Our goal is for you to have a great experience.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used personal care products

  • Products damaged by incorrect use

  • Items on sale or promotion

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about your specific case, please write to us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

If you need a replacement due to a fault or defect, we will provide the quickest way to resolve it once the claim is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to reflect the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
